IT’S OFFICIAL.
As of 4:00pm we are homeowners.
All waivers have been signed.
Now it’s just administrative work.
Holy crap…Pepe now has a house to grow up in.

House inspection:

Then, the sellers countered with 3.
Then, today I get the call that somehow or another a thing called an escape clause exists and the sellers have been put under a restriction on the house they are buying that they have to finish their [...]

So they came back with a counter offer and we are accepting it.
So as it stands, once we confirm:
a) Financing
b) Insurance
c) Home inspection
Our side will be complete. (Within 3 days)
Then, the sellers have to close up the offer on the house they are buying. They have until Saturday night to confirm this.

I couldn’t sleep last night as my mind was racing with thoughts of home ownership and fatherhood and work and such….
