Another tough day of missing my targets.
I could come up with excuses, but I’m not going to bother.
I will push on and try again Friday, then reevaluate my plan for week 5, or a repeat of this week.
We’ll see.
The war will not be lost so easily.

I congratulate you on what you have accomplished so far. A lot more than I could. But someday may try to follow in your footsteps.

It’s pretty fun. Even on the tough days I can look back at how much I’ve done and it amazes me. I can do so much more than I give myself credit for.
Makes a lot of other goals seem within reach.

It will be an interesting experiment considering I sucked at pushups wayyyyy back in high school. Only thing I need to figure out is if tennis elbow will be a problem.
