So they came back with a counter offer and we are accepting it.
So as it stands, once we confirm:
a) Financing
b) Insurance
c) Home inspection
Our side will be complete. (Within 3 days)
Then, the sellers have to close up the offer on the house they are buying. They have until Saturday night to confirm this.
So that’s where we are now…Still playing the waiting game….
Waiting but closer at least.
