House inspection:

The house inspection took about 3 hours to complete. Who knew there was that much to check in a place that size. But I now know much about the inner workings of our Freshmeadow (hopefully) home to be. There were no major issues like the roof needing replacement, or the house sinking into a sink hole, or mould or water damage. No deal breakers.

We’re happy with the inspection and overall everything looks good. There are a few things that I have to look into fixing, but that’s one of the things I am looking forward too about being a homeowner.

The only thing we asked the sellers to do is have the furnace serviced before we close. Providing the agree to that term, everything should be in order!

Still not 100%, but I’d say easily a 98% probability that we will own a house soon!
