Then, today I get the call that somehow or another a thing called an escape clause exists and the sellers have been put under a restriction on the house they are buying that they have to finish their stuff in 24 hours. They are waiting on us finishing up our end of things as their last step.

Sooo…As chains like this go, we now have just about 24 hours to firm up our financing and perform a house inspection.
